Character option for srt file#13

Make an option for how many characters to put per line in srt files. This could prevent long sentences from messing up short form video subtitles

Wanted to second this with a bit of additional content: I used Gladia to auto-generate the subtitles for one of my YouTube videos, and while the transcription is generally good, it also generates very long subtitle segments at times. See, for example, the first few captions on
